"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "No elevators so expect to walk up some narrow stairs with your luggage. We didn't mind it. Staff was great. Easy check in and out. Small but comfortable rooms. Shower was extremely small as it was a small corner shower enclosure but it got the job done. I would recommend if you are not too picky about the things listed above. Easy access to bus and transport stations. Also very walkable neighborhood and close walking distance to shopping, sites eyeing, food and more."

"The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."

I believe the hotel is going through a refurbishment and it really does need it.
We were in a superior family room in a separate building across the car park/front of the hotel which doesn’t have a bar or restaurant. You have to order room service or walk back to the main building for food or drinks.
