"El hotel esta muy limpio y moderno. La habitacion y baño comodo y con todos los servicioa al 100. A pesar de estar en una calle transitada, no se escucha nada. La habitacion muy amplia y comoda. La limpieza del baño me llamo la atencion, parevia nuevo. La atencion en recepcion fue muy amable. El que tenga estacionamiento dentro del hotel es una ventaja porque esta en zona complicada de hacerlo en la calle."

"Very quiet hotel in Union Square which is a busy tourist area of San Francisco surrounded by many huge hotels including Hiltons and Marriotts and Grand Hyatt. I’ve stayed at all of them but this was my first time staying at this specific hotel and they upgraded us to a one bedroom suite!!! Definitely took us by surprise. The gentleman at the front desk said the hotel was sold out but honestly we never saw one other guest there. It was that quiet. "
