"We enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and nice. We enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit and meeting other guests at the hotel. The area around the hotel is very nice with a variety of different shops. We will stay there again when in the Des Moines area."

"They had a maintenance issue and didn’t have a double bed room like I had reserved. They took care of it quickly by giving us 2 rooms for the price of 1.
You learn most about a business when things aren’t going as planned and they passed with flying colors. The night manager was amazing!"

"Clean quiet rooms with a lot of space. The hotel offers a lot of wonderful cooking utensils to borrow free of charge! Everything worked well in the room.
There are also 2 grills available for cooking food outside in a gazebo. Loved that!
The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with!
The exercise room had broken equipment so we didn’t use it much.
Many people in the hotel smoke one thing or another inside their rooms and it’s STRONG!
The bathroom in our room had mold growing in it...
