"Chose this hotel because pictures showed a nice comfortable room. Once arrived it was totally different. The room had a funky smell and walls were dirty. You can also feel the springs in the bed. Remote control didn’t work and to top it off, elevator didn’t work for a while. Breakfast was okay but juices didn’t have flavor."

"I really liked this hotel. The establishment appeared impeccable, neat and clean. The staff was exceptional, gracefully taking care of customers who were displaced from an Embassy Suite hotel due to a/c power outage and simultaneously checking in their own customers expeditiously. This was a very short stay that wished was longer. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here."

"I stayed at several Marriotts and this one was my best one. Very clean room and comfy atmosphere. I will sure come back to this one when I come back to visit Houston. The worker Mavely made my stay great and was very professional and welcoming. She was very friendly and helpful at all times."

"Overall the stay was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. One minor complaint is that the walls are incredibly thin. I heard every conversation the guest next to me were having, some of which lasting until 2am. Other than the noise my stay was great ."
