Then my card was charged a $117 change fee. I called Expedia to complain and the young lady that I talked to said that if I would have called Expedia instead of using the virtual assistance I would not have been charged for the change. "My room was clean and well-stocked. I was able to contact room service when I needed more towels and trash bags. Parking was suitable. The staff was amazing and helped when I had questions about my bill."

"This place is not a hotel. It is apartments. We stayed 8 days and we got two towels. Had to pay for more. Not soap, shampoo, etc. zero amenities. Cigarette butts every where. Marijuna in the parking lot. Front and back doors don’t lock. Don’t walk away, RUN"

"When we checked into our room, there was hair on the floor of the shower and housekeeping just went downhill from there. They only run housekeeping every other day so on the day our room was due I spoke to the housekeeping staff in the hall and told them our room was ready for service. When I returned 4 hours later, it wasn’t done. I spoke to the front desk and told them I wanted my room done. I left and when I came back in the evening it wasn’t done. Very dissatisfied!!"
