"Fantastic location near our daughter, who lives in Hyde Park. Warm, welcoming staff who accommodated an early check in for very weary travelers. Room was nice, bed comfy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was closed on Sunday evenings. We had a nice meal in the bar by the fireplace but the table was bar-size and didn’t have enough room for our dinner plates and appetizers. Would definitely return to the sophy for all the other pluses it offers. "

"The staff members were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area had lots of restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive to the hospital where my son was admitted. "

"Amenities are nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The entire complex appears to have been abandon or is the process of being abandoned. I saw several rooms on the property that appeared to have been half-way in construction attached to properties that appeared to have been abandoned. The room gives you cups and an ice container but there are no ice-machines on the property. Rooms were just okay, nothing impressive. Lighting could be better. Television systems had poor reception and couldn’t...

"This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay."

"Convenient location to train station and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good sized with dining area and equipped with all the conviences. Unfortunately the hot water was not working the night we stayed and the tub was a little cringy (not sure if I would have wanted to use it even if there had been hot water). Bed was clean and comfortable and a safe place to crash before catching an early flight."

"Parking, while convenient being connected to the hotel was a bit tight...if none available, there was difficulty turning around to find additional parking. There were no signs directing to lower level. Overall, the stay was excellent."

"The cleaning staff were great! The front desk staff were polite. Unfortunately we were told to park in the back parking lot (valet isn't available as of January 2026), but we weren't told there was a 10 minute grace period and my husband was trying to figure out where to park because there weren't parking spaces. We ended up getting charged because of it. The room was clean. Pool was small, but okay. "

"It was very cold in the room. The air conditioning definitely works! The water in the shower was very warm and nice. The bed could use a thicker comforter or at least an extra blanket. Overall, I don’t know what I expected given the price."
