"When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon."

"Don't stay here . It's not safe . Could not even check in with reservations. Slept on sidewalk literally. Had to get a refund even after filing out paperwork and told to come back for room key later . I did and nobody there spent hours on hold in streets trying to resolve. Expedia couldn't even get ahold of property. Very disappointed on property side and Expedia. You have been warned trust the reviews this place is horrible"

"The room seemed clean, but the bathroom was a little dirty. They require a $300 deposit, which I thought was too much for just one night. I only slept there for about 6 hours. I wasn’t able to shower in the morning because of the shared bathroom situation. There were two other guests using the bathroom in the morning and I had to check out by 10am."

"The only weird thing about my stay was the bathrooms pocket door -I wasn’t able to shut it completely or lock it"

"We had cockroaches in our room, it didn’t feel clean at all, very sketchy people walking around, no soap in room, tv channels didn’t work, we had no working lights on one side of the room, the room smelled TERRIBLE. I would and will never stay at a motel 6 again. They did not seem bothered by the cockroaches and said maintenance would look at it next time they are in."

"The bell men were very nice and helpful. The hotel clerk that checked me in was very pleasant. The other lady that was a hotel clerk when I arrived was not pleasant and very rude. When I asked a question she was rude about it. My reservation was not what I expected.....I was reserved a lake view and I got a view of mostly trees."

"Loved my stay here amazing view!!. The elevators and hallways was just super humid. Rooms were cool and clean the view we had AMAZING!!! I only gave it a 4 starts because of the humid elevators and hallway. But other than that I would book again!"

"Perfect proximity to the Riverwalk and downtown Chicago. We left our bags with the front desk on the morning of check-in, as we got there around 11 am. No more than 30 minutes later, the lovely receptionist called me and offered a discounted early check-in with an upgraded room. We pounced on the offer and checked in without a hitch. Our room was spectacular, lots of room and wonderful amenities. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Our view out of our long window was right out to the river and...
