"Very clean and quite place to stay. "

"The water was cold. The room especially the carpet is old and dingy. The bathroom is dirty especially the tub. I was irritatedly awakened at 330 am because there was a person knocking next door who was trying get in their room. The person was not let in but the staff let the person continue to knock on the door for at for another 30 mins. The front desk didn’t do anything (and did not know what to do after i called several times). This is not a good stay."

"Water tasted and smelled metallic, had to brush our teeth with bottled water. There was mold in the shower and the ceiling, paint was bubbling in bathroom on the walls"

"The hot tub had feces in it while we were in the hot tub. We did not notice until we got out and turned off the bubbles. It was full of feces at the bottom, cloudy and disgusting. When we tried to report it to the staff they were very rude and hung up while I was trying to explain to them what happened. No apologies were given. Just a “yes this has already been reported” and a hang up. If it was already reported why were my children allowed to jump in? "

"I've always had a pleasant experience staying at the spring Hill Anaheim placentia hotel until recently here's why. I needed to move from my residence and needed a place to temporarily staying to put my elderly mother so she have a roof over her head so I called down to the spring Hill and they told me there was a room available to check in early which we did . Different district Amy was very helpful and very friendly so I thought after getting the keys to check in and went to go get my service animal and my personnel who were going to be helping me assist with my mother's move . I've received to get a phone call from the front desk asking me if I had a little white dog and I told him yes it's my service animal and then they told me that dogs are not allowed except for service animals which I needed a proof that he was a service animal so I said I'll get back with you as soon as I can as I was trying to accommodate other people. Then I get another phone call asking us to leave premises. Wish I thought to be a bit much and rough and uncalled for. I took my service animal to the front desk with my caretaker and we explained to them that this dog is specifically trained for being a service animal in case of seizures the manager whom I thought had a power trip I don't know what her name was but she said service dogs don't bark they're dogs ofcourse they're going to bark that's what dogs do. She agreed to let us stay for the next day upon check outcheck out and were told the cops "

"I would recommend this hotel; it was good overall, even though the carpets were disgusting in the hallway and the walls were dirty in the rooms. A fresh coat of paint would really help with the new wallpaper. They do have a shuttle there, one of many hotels in the area that offer one. I researched a lot of hotels in the area, and if you're trying to look for something affordable, then this will be a good one cuz it does offer the shuttle, and the shuttle is free. And they do offer breakfast. I did enjoy the breakfast; I felt it was good and nourishing. The area was okay there is a bar right around the corner and a gas station if you need to fill up your car drive a little bit further down and around the corner there's a Walmart it's in a good area a lot of stores and restaurants close by. and the staff was really good I think the staff were nice they answered all my questions so overall the hotel is great. And there is free parking "

"The staff were really unprofessional and rude the hotel was not nice at all room was un appealing the bathroom door didn’t work and the front door didn’t have a dead bolt and the hotel staff tried to get into the room while I was in it. "
