"Clean, enough parking, good breakfast."

"The property is dated. The carpets are from the 80's and look worn. The rooms are clean but shows its age. The bed was clean and comfortable. There were no plugins for charging your electronics with usb plugs. The lobby has a snack machine that has food to purchase like salads and wraps. People always in a rush like me appreciate that ammenidity. The staff from front desk to cleaners are pleasant, mannerely and extremely accommodating. The staff I would give stars."

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. the elevator had a funky smell. the fitness centre did not look appealing - only 2 machines that didnt look like they were properly maintained. "

"Great location, safe neighborhood, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean, no issues with the room. Breakfast was good and diverse, kitchen attendant was lovely and created a very pleasant atmosphere. All in all, we had a very good experience here, will come again. Thank you! Stayed on April 23, 2026."
