We were lucky to go at the start of low season where the hotel was not too busy. Positives: Very nice pools, one with a swim up bar. It Located on a beautiful stretch of beach with many beach chairs and umbrellas available. Not so for the main pool area. Very few umbrellas available. Nice gym and games room. "I absolutely loved the location the most. It was nice to be close to a grocery store, bar and the beach especially when you’re not trying to be too much like a tourist. Where Chenkos is located isn’t that far from tourist areas also so you really get the best of both worlds. "location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. "A fantastic guesthouse. In a beautiful, quiet location. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Rose the host was lovely and knew all the places to visit and organised taxi drivers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled on my own and it felt safe."
