"Unfortunately i cant give too much feedback on the breakfast as i didnt eat breakfast there. What i can say is that i went to the breakfast area to get a pitcher of ice during breakfast hours and it smelled delish, additionally there seemed to have been a variety of breakfast options available. "Nice location, I asked for a top floor room after reading comments and the lady at the front desk was very helpful (even with my poor Spanish skills)! Rooms was great, shower hot and good pressure. Nice comfy beds! They knew me by my name by the time I left, lovely small hotel!"

"The WiFi was slow, I had important wifi calling that I needed to do and couldn’t because the signal kept getting dropped. Staff was very helpful when I was rushed for breakfast, but a touch of English speaking at the front desk first thing in the morning would have been very helpful. "

"Casa Cruz Verde is a family run hotel in the heart of Cuzco. The family couldn’t do enough for us, they were helpful in every way. When we had early am excursions we had a packed breakfast which was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel and its amazing staff!!! "

"Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out...

"We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a definite highlight—delicious and incredibly varied. Every morning we enjoyed a huge spread of fresh fruits, several kinds of cheeses, and a great selection of fresh breads. The drink station was equally impressive, featuring a variety of fresh juices, quality coffee, and comforting hot chocolate. It was the perfect way to fuel up before exploring Cusco."

"The room was extremely clean, the food at the restaurant is nothing less than amazing... you don't really need to leave for dinner they have a nice menu and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I did have to ask for a heater as we went and the temps were between 45-50 degrees and I'm from south florida so that's a bit cold for us."
