Only issue was the Dom church bells and chimes . Every 15 minutes all day , if you are a light sleeper then it could be a problem. That would go for most hotels in that area .

Leonardo Hotel Utrecht City Center
This isn’t 4star hotel. The bathroom is too narrow and the window isn’t double glazed so you can hear all outside noise to your room. I stayed 5nights at the hotel and couldn’t sleep nicely even one single night
