"After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. "Decent place to spend night while making an overnight stop over. Rooms all updated. Interior renovation not long ago however the outside is a little crummy. Located in more of an industrial side of town but good restaurants close by and Buc-ees few miles away. Rate was very affordable. Would stay here again if just passing through."

"Room was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and engaging. Overall my family was very satisfied with their rooms. Te Big Texan Restaurant was a huge hit too."

"Someone's dog puked in the elevator, they gave the dog owner a couple napkins to clean it up but did not use cleaner or disinfectant. Front staff didn't seem to care and 10-bucks for breakfast is fine but just include that coat with the room. Other than that it was clean."

"The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared.."

Then when I would look up directions after going to dinner it led me back to the first one on the interstate. I will not stay there again. Too much confusion. They say it happens everyday that customers go to the wrong hotel"

"We stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Rom was clean, service was great. Lobby well maintained and new looking furniture, high top sitting area with charging plugs. Quick drive to everything, Buc-ees right across the highway, restaurants, etc. Not really walkable to anything, as you're on a very busy access road with a field in between you and everything else. "The rooms were very nice. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was wonderful. We really liked the fact that Cracker Barrel was within walking distance of our hotel."

"Not the best stay. The TV only worked about half the time, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, which made the bathroom difficult to use. On top of that, I was charged a fee for my service animal, which was frustrating and disappointing. I expected better for the price I paid. Overall, the room had maintenance issues and the service did not meet expectations."
