"Clean linens and towels, spaceous room and secured parking. Convenient location for shopping , restaurants and subway/ train station close by.
Cups an dishes and pots not cleaned ( one of the reasons is the lime in the water but staff should re wash items and dry them right away to avoid lime deposit). One of the washroom cupboard door handle was missing. A bit inconvenient. Parking is across from street ( some other building's parking with entry code) but we were not advised in advance that...

"Was disappointed to find out long after booking that a "security deposit" was required. Had to comb through the listing because it's so well hidden - these things need to be way more prominent. Staff were friendly but a stupid policy of having to "hand write" my details on check-in was just annoying. "The staff was so delightful, the atmosphere at the drey was wonderful. it’s Beautiful. the bedrooms are small but I knew of that before booking so that was no surprise.
