"Some staff were very kind and helpful, room kept losing light we had to call several times for help , there was random water coming into our room I ended up cleaning it with our towels and the towels were supposed to be replaced and they never came back . Bartenders and waiters were what made the experience really nice. You can't do much more with VIP but the private beach spot and one hangout spot so I wouldn't even suggest getting it. "This was a great experience the rooms were clean, nice and comfortable bed. We had the family suite and it was perfect. The food was excellent, the buffet was very good and the staff were excellent. The beach was beautiful and the waves were calm and we truly enjoyed our stay there. One name that stands out was Emily who checked us in and she as wonderful! This hotel resort isn’t overly big which is a A+ plus everything is just a short walk away!"

Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower.
