"Room was very clean, modern and comfortable.
Only downside was that there were no pots, pans etc. supplied with the kitchenette… this meant we couldn’t use it as planned and would have probably booked a cheaper room elsewhere without these features if we had known.
There were some snacks drinks etc. in the room but they were quite expensive so didn’t use these. There is a Cole’s around the corner. Shame the hotel felt the need to charge crazy prices for what would have been a nice treat....

"I understand that the place is very old, but I can't tolerate the lack if cleanliness. The carpet was old and full of dtains, my bedside table hadn't been dusted for weeks, something had been spilled on the front of the fridge, and inside the fridge, 1 spare blanket had stuff stuck to it and needed washing, and the whole placed smelled musty and nasty. A little TLC and the place could be nice."

"The room needed a good clean we still had previous guests toenails in bathroom and on the carpets. The kitchen sink is dirty, oven, hotplate and range hood covered in fat and the filters are missing from the rangehood. All the crockery and cultery don't match and were dirty. There was mould on the blinds, curtains, skirting boards and in the bathroom.We could see that the place had been freshly painted and they have tried to bring it back to a 4 star but the neglect of replacing the furniture...
