Soggiorno con ottima cena

Host gentilissimo, è presente un ristorante ove si può mangiare ottimo pesce. Menù molto vario, con primi, carne e pizza.

Far from Venice. No Local transport.Expensive ride

A Good hotel to stay in a small country side town. If you are planning to visit Venice and do not have your own transport then have extra few hundreds Euros to pay for expensive taxi rides. Its about 30 to 35 km from Venice Marco Polo airport. Not many taxi driver will be happy to take u there unless you are willing to pay 70 to 90 euros. The closest station is Salzano which is about 8km from the hotel. The hotel staff did their best to call the taxi firm but no taxi was available. Breakfast was good and good thing is they have their own Pizza & restaurant for dinner etc. Its located in a small and quite town and it is vary far from Venice.

Patron pas très sympathique, literie pas en bonne état et petit déjeuner très insuffisant pour un 3 étoiles. hôtel axé sur leur restaurant et difficulté de ce parquer le soir à cause de ça. Hôtel de passage c'est tous. Un peux cher pour ça.

Den utlovade klimatanläggningen var en fläkt på detta ganska öde hotell som låg i något som kan liknas ett industriområde. Men smidigt att ta tåget därifrån in till Venedig.

The hotel itself was OK but the staff made us feel like we were not welcome and imposing on them. This probably why they only had 2 rooms occupied while we were there.

UN hotel au prix très raisonnable, equivalent a un deux etoiles en france. un personnel tres serviable,une chambre propre, bref la solution ideale pour être herbergé pres de venise sans depenser des fortunes. Pour se rendre a Venise prendre le train a 3 KM parking gratuit et simple. 30 Minutes après vous serez à Santa Lucia pour 2 Euro 70. L'hotel propose un Wifi gratuit, le petit déjeuner est correct. Pas grand chose a redire sur cet hotel. Si vous voulez rentrer tard laisser la voiture a mestre. Si vous cherchez un peu vous trouverez des places dans la rue a 600 metres de la gare.

Minha estadia foi boa, o hotel oferece uma estrutura fisíca boa, com limpeza, organização e estacionamento ( mui importante), porém é de dificil localização sem GPS, e muiiiiiiiiiito longe do foco, VENEZA, bem como, se vc estiver sem condução, vai depender de TP, ai complica mais.

Way too far and isolated from everything!

This hotel which is more 20 Km from what you go to Venice for, is only accessible by taxi which will cost you 60 Euros from the Venice Train Station. Once in the hotel, you have to take a bus to the train station to go to Venice. The buses run every 30 mins to an hour and are almost non-existent on the weekend. Also no buses after 9 PM. Taxis will not take you to the train station (3 Km from the hotel), as the distance is not worth their while. There are no restaurants in the area other than the hotel’s own restaurant, which is why their restaurant although not great is very busy and we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated and ended with a substandard meal. Although the family running the place are very nice people (one of the owners gave us a ride to the train station when there was no other means of transport), they are badly short-staffed. The front desk receptionist (one of the family members) doubles as a waiter at the restaurant. Hotel prices in Venice are extremely high which is why we opted for this one thinking we would be able to catch public transport to go to the Centre, but it was a big mistake. You should be able to get something closer to Venice paying a bit (30 to 40%) more.

Good money for value

The owner manager Carlos was great and the only issue would be the limited English to Italian communication. Carlos spoke a lot more English than we did Italian ( we had a combined knowledge of about 10 words) but he did his best and had an overall good experience. I would recommend it to anyone. We had about a five minute drive to the train station and it cost us E 2.85 one way to Venice. Parking was free at the Termini but a word of warning that the ticket vending machine only took coins. This might have been a temporary issue but be prepared and have lots of coins.
