Great location, value for money

Pleasantly surprised, I would highly recommend for those with a smaller budget, the room was clean, spacious and well located

Super Soggiorno a sorpresa

Ho organizzato un weekend a sorpresa per la mia ragazza e ho deciso di prenotare presso questa struttura. Nonostante vari eventi in città (biennale, maratona ecc) sono riuscito a trovare comunque posto trovandomi decisamente bene!! Dopo aver prenotato online ho chiamato per conferma indicando che sarebbe stato un soggiorno a sorpresa e il personale si è dimostrato super disponibile offrendomi un upgrade della stanza vista la disponibilità dell'albergo. Personale: molto gentile, disponibile e preparato a rispondere alle domande, quando si lavora con si vede e questa viene decisamente percepita dal cliente (in particolar modo ci tengo a sottolineare la bravura di Fabio che posso dire essere un vero professionista) Rapporto qualità/prezzo: Eccellente Posizione: super strategica per il centro città (una fermata di vaporetto da piazza San Marco) Camera: pulita, ben preparata, dotata di ogni confort per l'utilizzatore. Non aveva una reale finestra (c'era era murata forse per il problema dell'acqua alta) ma per il tempo che si passa in camera in una città come Venezia credo che sia un aspetto decisamente trascurabile Consigliato: Assolutamente Si Quando tornerò a Venezia sarà il primo posto a cui penserò!!

Northern Italy

Nice quiet location. Close to all the attractions without the crowds. It was our first time to Venice and loved the low key area this place is located. Don't expect a large room with all the amenities but the staff is great. A good place to sleep.

Great location and comfortable

The staff here was extremely helpful and friendly. I was also surprised at just how comfortable the rooms and ensuites are, no complaints there. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the lagoon and a short walk from the main piazza as well. There are restaurants and shops nearby but this is one of the quieter areas of the crowded city.

Stay somewhere else

Was told I don't get A.C. because I paid for a 2 star hostel. The front desk woman made sure to mention more than once that I paid for a 2 star hostel. There is an a.c. unit in my room, just won't turn on. Was told if I pay an extra 50 euro per night I can get a room with A.C. the next morning, the front desk guy for the hostel told me he is sorry for my unsuitable room and offered to upgrade my last day for 100 euros more despite the day before the woman at hotel Salute said 50 more. My room was supposed to include wifi. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, the signal does not reach. I tried on 3 devices. Have to go outside to get Wi-Fi from main hotel: Hotel Salute Palace. I had to sit in their lobby just to write this review. Also, the room is dirty. There is a strong mold odor when you walk in the door. There are holes in the walls near the head board and there are stains all over the fabric covered walls. The floor is dusty, there is mold in the grout in shower tiles. This is my first time in Venice and I have to say I have stayed in other hostels in Europe that were 2 stars and were not only cleaner but had more amenities than this place for a better rate.

No es hotel, son cuartos tipo hostal

No es un hotel, son solo cuartos que hicieron al lado del hotel principal. Se entra por un callejón, el servicio de wifi deficiente y no tienen aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador de pedestal en malas condiciones. En general par pasar la noche y por el precio/ubicación está bien, pero hasta ahi...

Started with problems, but finished very well

During the hot months, I would not recommend staying at the hostel, since there is no air conditioning and no window screens to stop the mosquitoes. The portable fan in the room helped a little. We had two major problems with the hostel room (significant toilet leak onto the floor), so they moved us to another room within the hostel. Another major problem, absolutely no water pressure, so the management moved us into the best room at their "sister hotel. It's connected to the hostel. I would highly recommend the hotel. The room was fantastic. Also, the staff was wonderful.

Stuffy and dusty mini room

When we booked this hostel it was written that the room is 20 sqm but the room is max half the size and there is barely space for backpacks. Definitely no space for a bigger luggage! The room smells like dust and it is very stuffy. Walls are covered in dusty fabric. Be aware that there is no air con in the room, only a fan that makes horribly loud noise and is full of dust. Ventilation in the small bathroom is also full of dust. The description says there is a hair dryer but there is only one which is shared with all the rooms so I didn't get a chance to use it. This place is definitely not suitable for an allergic person!! Only good thing is the great service we got from the Hotel Salute which apparently belongs to the same concern.

La habitación muy buena con baño privado y buena limpieza, eso si en la descripción del hostel sale que tiene supermercado y es mentira el supermercado está súper lejos

Easy Hostel and Hotel Salute Partner in Scam

This hotel was a complete scam. When we got there they gave us a closet with bunk beds and no air conditioning. When we asked for towels they said there was none available. We went to the hotel next door(owned by the same company) and they said they could give us this "special" deal and that for only 70 more euro we could stay in their air conditioned area(this new room matched the pictures that Easy Hostel Venice advertises). The hotel is called Hotel Salute which owns Easy Hostel Venice. If this has happened to you please message me so we can share horror stories.

Muy mal las fotos que ponen en la página no tienen nada que ver con el hotel, está muy feo tuvimos que cambiar a otro hotel de los mismos dueños pero pagando muchísimo más y llamamos a hoteles.com y no nos dieron ninguna solución, pésimo servicio de parte de hoteles.com

Great location

The location was wonderful and the staff was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was also great. Well worth the 15 euros. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the lack of AC in the room. But the weather in the evening was cool enough and we slept well. I would stay here again!
