Attention, il n'y a personne sur place. Seule une dame passe tous les matins pour le ménage.

During the Biennale period, the room rates were more than double the usual price. I don’t believe this price level reflects the quality offered by the hotel."

"La habitación estaba limpia y era muy acogedora, Mario y esmeralda son de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido, sin duda alguna gente muy atenta y abierta en ayudar a los huéspedes, el desayuno era continental como su nombre lo indica era sencillo pero agradable y suficiente, me llevo una muy grata experiencia por el hospedaje y en general de la ciudad de Venecia , recomiendo si la van a visitar hospedarse con Mario y esmeralda. Espero regresa en un futuro."

"We booked a 6 guest apartment in the San Polo area that was supposed to be part of the Palazzo San Lucas. Extremely overpriced, ($600 per night). Poor maintenance, zero amenities, the TV remote was missing and no one came from the hotel to provide one once reported, It was a cold night and the heater did not work. It was not clean enough, although the bathrooms were clean, there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling at the living room and kitchen area.
The painting on the wall was peeling...

"The room was beautiful, accessed through a very narrow alley off one of the main streets. We were able to sign into our Amazon Prime Video account on the tv which was nice for when we were in the room. The only small complaint we had is that you need to walk over to Hotel ALA to check in and out, which isn’t far but after walking 30 minutes across the city with all our bags in the pouring rain it was a bit of a hassle, and DONT FORGET YOUR PASSPORTS if you decide to leave your bags at the door...
