We hadden de kamer geboekt omdat er stond dat er climate control en airconditioning was. Dat was er beide niet. Badkamer moet je delen met meerdere mensen, was niet erg schoon. Toiletpapier niet aangevuld/lag niet genoeg voor de hoeveelheid mensen die de badkamer delen. Toen we eten hadden besteld, werd het beneden afgeleverd en kwamen we erachter dat de huurbaas dat aan het opeten was. “Het viel hem niet op” dat hij opeens een bestelling kreeg 3x zo groot als zijn enige.

Good to have a place to sleep close to Venice

After a rather unpleasant start where the host was furious due to our flight being delayed about an hour, we was friendly upon our arrival. Breakfast was OK. A croissant and a hot and cold beverage of choice. Room was nice, happy to see there were two bathrooms to share which worked well. AC was appreciated.

食店就在附近， 方便， 門口有來回主島的巴士 十分方便，房東十分好人 ，而且是中國人，完全可以用國語溝通， 感謝你，才有1個愉快的意大利之旅 ，雖然行程發生了小插曲 但無阻我旅行的心情 ，這旅館完全值得推薦

Одна ночь в Venezia Mestre

Если Вы ждете роскошного жилья, то это не тот вариант. Достоинством данного места являются приветливые хозяева, просторные комнаты, удачное расположение (остановка автобусов в Венецию в двух шагах как ночного (N1) так и дневной (маршрут №2), на автобусах удобнее и быстрее, расписание автобусов возле входной двери в гостиничный блок). Завтрак континентальный, но есть общая кухня, супермаркет за углом, не самый дешевый, но в целом приемлемый по ценам. Мебель в номере видавшая виды, но крепкая. Состояние санузлов на 4, есть фен. Ванных комнат две, одна с ванной, вторая с душевой кабиной. При заселении сразу обращайтесь в кафе рядом с входной дверью в отель (табличка с указанием отеля на стене и под домофоном). После сheck-out остался в общей кухне, на два часа. Никакого негатива, никаких замечаний со стороны хозяев не было. Общая оценка - рекомендую, как путешественникам-одиночкам, так и семейным парам, не предъявляющих высоких требований к комфорту.

Appartamento di studenti?

Per un errore di uno dei siti di prenotazione sono finito qui. Da fuori, edificio fatiscente. Dentro: sembrava di stare in un appartamento di studenti. Gente che cucinava, puzza di cibo, disordine generale. Nel bagno (comune) panni sporchi e puzzolenti buttati in giro, bagnoschiuma usati accatastati nella doccia e lavastoviglie che andava. Nella camera l'armadio aveva delle ante chiuse con lucchetto...senza parlare della pulizia...Stanza rumorosa per la zona su strada trafficata e per il rumore dell'avanti e indietro degli altri "inquilini". I tutto per circa 40€ a notte circa....Assolutamente da evitare, considerando che nel raggio di pochi metri ci sono delle altre strutture ad egual prezzo ma con un servizio nettamente superiore.

die Unterkunft ist kein Hotel, sonder Zimmer in einem alten, 4-stöckigen Mietshaus. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem vielbefahrenen Kreisverkehr incl. Buslinien. Straßenlärm Tag und Nacht! Zimmer haben KEINE Klimaanlagen. Die Zimmertemperaturen im 4. Stock lagen Nachts bei 28 Grad Celsius. Fenster zur Abkühlung kann man nicht öffnen, da der Verkehrslärm ein schlafen nicht zulässt. Die Zimmer haben weder Bad, noch Toilette. Die befinden sich auf dem Gang. 3 Zimmer benutzen dieses Bad. Kein Zimmerservice während 3 Übernachtungen. Die Abfalleimer würden nicht geleert, die Zimmer nicht geputzt, die Betten nicht gemacht. In dem Bad/Toilette habe ich auch kein Reinigungspersonal gesehen. Das sehr magere Frühstück, bestehend aus einer Tasse Kaffee/Tee, 1 Glas Orangen-/Ananassaft und einem Croissant wird in einer angrenzenden Bar gereicht. Die "Hotelführung" macht tets eine überforderten Eindruck und das Englisch ist teilweise sehr schwer verständlich. Bei Ankunft sollte sofort die Rechnung bezahlt werden, bevor ich das Zimmer gesehen habe. Auf mein Unverständnis hin, wurde mir ein Zimmer im 3. Stock gezeigt. Letztendlich befand sich mein Zimmer im 4. Stock. Ich bekam dann insgesamt 7 Schlüssel! Das Zimmer war groß. Die Lage des Hauses ist verkehrsgünstig. Die Bushaltestelle für Fahrten nach Venedig liegt ca. 150 m vom Haus. Aus meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen kann ich die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Fotos zu großes Dateivolumen.j

Suite à une annulation de dernière minute par le loueur de l appartement que nous avions loué nous avons dû accepter cette proposition de relogement par expédia Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes salle de bain extérieure mais le tout très propre un parking payant un peu cher et petit déjeuner très léger

Unser Zimmerfenster ging auf die Straße bzw Ampelkreuzung. Die Italiener sind auch des Nachts aktive Autofahrer. Mit den öffentlichen Buslinien ist das Haus sehr gut erreichbar.

Mancanza di organizzazione

Quando si lavora con piattaforme online che sponsorizzano la propria struttura bisogna avere le capacità per gestire il tutto. se queste capacità mancano si finisce per lasciare gli ospiti a 24 ore dal soggiorno senza una stanza. Una vera vergogna.

OK B&B I mitten av Mestre centrum

Hotel är inte tip top men rent, billigt och fungerande! Nära till bus hållplats därifrån tar 15 min till Venedig city center. Frukost serveras dagligen 8-10 och mat affärer ligger väldigt nära. Rekommenderad!

The staff were quite friendly and I think some of the other rooms were quite a bit nicer however my room was not as pictured in the original ad. As opposed to a twin bed I had a pull-out coach (newer mind you). The room was a good price so I would have been alright with this. However, the room had an ant problem which the owners were obviously aware of because I found unopened packages of Allethrin (a pyrethroid class insecticide) in the room. Knowing that there was an insect problem I would have expected that the owners would have put me in a different room

No nos quedamos. En principio hasta se sorprendieron de que estemos allí, nos atendió una mujer que nos miraba con desconfianza, llamaba por teléfono no sé a quien y les decía que había gente que tenía una reserva pero no sé qué, fotografió los pasaportes como con desconfianza, nos miraba como a bicho raro, había una china cocinando que se puso a comer mientras tanto, al final nos dijo que la encargada se estaba bañando y que esperemos, que mientras tanto nos mostraba la habitación. Cuando vimos que ni siquiera tenía baño, nos fuimos y nos alojamos en un lugar como la gente. Yo no recomendaría a nadie este lugar

Здравствуйте, всем кто собирается в Венецию. Мэстрэ - удобная "гавань" для предстоящего осмотра Венеции. Здесь много недорогих отелей уровня две или три звезды. Удобный и быстрый трафик до автобусного вокзала в Венеции (автобусы № 2,4,7 билет 1,5евро в один конец). Городок тихий, комфортный и симпатичный. Большая пешеходная зона, много магазинов, кафе, базарчиков. Есть театр и парк. Гостиница оказалась хостелом с большими жилыми комнатами, общей кухней и двумя санузлами с душем и ванной. Всё в хорошем состоянии. Кухней можно пользоваться в любое время. Персонал очень радушный и предупредительный. Счастливого путешествия.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, ya que a la estación de tren de mestre se tarda unos 15 min andando pero es aconsejable por la noche coger el utobús que te deja casi en la puerta del hogel. El personal es muy amaballe y el desayuno ees inmejorable. El baño compartido estaba siempre muy limpio. Recomendable 100% para un viaje por Venecia
