TERRIBLE Y MUY SUCIO

Enserio, no se hospeden en este hotel. Es terrible, enserio terrible. Se va el agua, no tienen ni papel higienico, hay goteras, y no sirve la tv. Las toallas estan sucias. Asqueroso todo.

Pésimo servicio

Mala ya que no es como en las fotos. Las instalaciones están deterioradas, los baños en mal estado, tapados, las regaderas pésima apariencia. El cuarto todo mojado porque después de que terminas de bañarte queda todo mojado. Tiene desagradables olores y además tiene cucarachas. Por el costo en el cual me lo ofrecieron por este medio considero que es un robo y una estafa. Y aparte de todo ustedes no son para dar una solución a estas situaciones.

No hay plancha, el cable se va la señal, las sábanas manchadas, la cabecera que es de peluche está manchada y sucia. No servia el control del clima. Lo rescatable es el servicio de las dos señoras que trabajan ahí, son muy comprensibles, y dejaron que guardara mis malestar unas hrs más en lo que salía de la ciudad de regreso a casa.

No es lo que publica en la página, se solicito habitación con camas dobles, me dieron una cama y sofá cama... No hay internet, y el agua caliente no hay... Para pasar la noche es básico... Nada más... Además que los demás huéspedes hacían ruido y nadie hizo nada ... Por la noche todo fue entrar y salir gritos...

It would be great if. The air conditioner didn’t make so much noise and if the pillow sheets weren’t stained otherwise an okay place to stay.
