"I got severe bed bug bites staying at the hotel. Then as I find out they had multiple units that needed to be fumigated. The hotel should not be renting rooms knowing they have a bad infestation"

"This used to be a favorite hotel. The clientele is disgusting and cheap and weird. The bar once glamorous feels like a sleazy bad 80’s film without the cleanliness. My suite had construction and a non existent closet but it was large. It had a view of a parking lot. It was $4k a night. I moved to a full bungalow and those too were a bit badly in need of updates- ventilation and WiFi spotty. Cannot wait to see the upcoming refresh. "Great location. We could walk to City Walk or take the free shuttle if we were tired or lazy. It's also easy to get to the Metro down the hill and take the free shuttle up the steep hill to City Walk. Also only a few minutes by Uber to Warner Bros studio. Room and common areas were clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was good enough for me (pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, charcuterie). I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again."

"I don’t usually leave a reviews, but this stay was disappointing. A loud party next door lasted until 3:30 am, and despite multiple calls and security visits, it was not resolved till 3:30 am. My family got very little sleep. I asked to change trims but was told none were available, even though rooms showed online. The compensation offered did not match the impact of losing a full night of rest for whole family."

"This is wonderful hotel. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind. The hotel has a “boutique” feel. Our favorite place was the garden, especially in the mornings with a latte. Comfortable bed, ridiculously modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. It was convenient to UCLA and in the middle of everything at Westwood Village. We would definitely stay again."
