"Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. "This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. "A+++ Clean, quiet, very new hotel with amazing service staff We booked 3 rooms for our group of 7 for 4 nights at Du Lac Signature and we were treated to clean rooms with very trained service staff who looked after us with great smiles and humble attitudes. Rooms were great as described and space is always at a premium in old quarter. No need to worry as the pictures matched reality as wasnt the case for some of our previous hotels in Hanoi.
