"We had a great time and stay here! It was in a lovely quiet town with friendly people! Perfect spot between the main cities of sorrento and Naples and very close to the train station! Moreover the hosts were wonderful and friendly, they were very welcoming and helpful in whatever we needed help with! Would definitely recommend to stay here! Ps: the views and sunsets were amazing!"

Hôtel situé tout proche du site d'Herculanum et à environ 10mn à pied de la gare : direction Naples, Pompei, Vésuve, ou Sorrento. Parfait. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Viva la Dolce Vita 💫"

"Warm and friendly staff throughout the hotel, which is literally across the road from Herculaneum. Room was great: large and comfy with effective aircon unit and balcony facing rear terrace. Breakfast was good selection and well stocked. Highly recommended hotel in Ercolano with plenty of eateries nearby within easy walking distance."

"I don't want to hurt the ratings of this hotel but I wanted to explain a few things so that future guests understand a little more about the property. We booked a room with a king + 2 doubles for one single night as our last night in Italy before our 6 am 22 hr journey home. We wanted something comfortable and close to the airport so it seemed like a good choice, but I was a bit disappointed in a few things. The property itself is beautiful but overall could use some improvements. The AC was...

"Rooms are cleaned and attended to, however, due to poor ventilation there is evidence of black mold in the washroom. Outdoor patio area, not tidy or appealing, glassware left from other guests, several bulbs burnt out on the patio, not attended to as to make it an area a guest would want to visit or hang out at. Front staff, not very knowledgeable of attractions or events to guide a tourist. Breakfast was well stocked and varied. Natural on this place as it does only what is needed...minimum...

"Parking. Helpful host, otherwise just okay. In a busy area and not much around. Only there to visit Herculaneum."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooftop terrace Sky Bar was a lovely place for an evening drink. The hotel is well located to reach Vesuvius National Park, Pompeii and Herculanium using the public bus or the train. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Marad."
