"Room was very clean. Reserved a king room and was given two queens but other than that fine/"

"The overall stay was a 4 out of 5. Room for improvement could be the cleanliness of the pool area and keeping it stocked with towels. My other complaint was the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. The water was not very hot and the pressure left a little to be desired. You often had to wait for staff to come to the front desk as well."

Front desk receptionist mention is an extended hotel, Um I have stayed before on extended hotel that actually provide basic essentials. 1pot, 1coffee maker , sponge and soap to clean up. Providing this can potentially create more revenue. Compared to selling the pot set for $35.00. I understand some folks stay long...

"Please do not book a stay at this hotel. The property wasn't well kept. It was filthy, smelly and outdated. The staff was nice but very unprofessional. The water park area was disgusting, my kids didn't want to walk around barefoot. There was poop in the pirate ship and the pools looked as if the haven't been cleaned in awhile. There were stains on the carpet throughout the hotel and holes in the curtains in our room. To top it off, I had to check my family out at 1 am due to mice in our room....
