"So the base rate for the hotel was reasonable. 187.00However the pet fee for one night was 150.00 plus parking of 40.00. The parking lot is extremely small, had an F350 that cleared the driveway with inches to spare. They don’t disclose the pet fee when you book. Thankfully the front desk agent gave me a break on the pet fee."

"There was hair in the shower and the house keeping did not clean my room or change my sheets through my whole stay. Don’t stay here "

"Pictures make it look cute and nice. I hate to say this but I would not come back. Walked in to the room smelling like cover up of smoke or not sure how to explain the smell. Also I did not care to look up about parking thinking it was a nice hotel but your car will be parked in back alley which he mentioned they have security but not sure how secure that would be if you have your nice car parked back there."

"Based on my experience staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Santa Monica for 6 nights, the room rate was significantly overpriced, and I would not recommend this Days Inn to anyone, especially those traveling alone or with children. Pros: -Super friendly staff at the front desk. -The pillows were soft and comfortable. -Free street parking is easy to find or there is parking available on-site for a relatively small fee. Cons: -The room and bathroom were infested with bugs. -During one of the nights of my stay, I witnessed a man being apprehended and arrested by several law enforcement officers inside the lobby. I was forced to retreat to my room, and there was no communication or reassurance from management about guest safety after this incident. -There was no bottled drinking water. There’s only water in a beverage dispenser in the lobby or in the breakfast area during limited morning hours. Additionally, the "free light breakfast" consisted only of coffee, high-sugar prepackaged pastries, flavored instant oatmeal packets, and sweetened granola bars. There were no options offering any meaningful nutritional value. Luckily, there’s a 7 Eleven not far away. -No secure Wi-Fi for guest use. -No safe inside the room to secure valuables. -TV had just a few basic local channels. It might as well have had a channel knob."
