"Front desk staff was very unprofessional Room was noisy due to hotel renovations right above the floor they placed me in. Front desk didnt care about the noise ans basically said you knew it was under renovation so theres nothing else we can do. Room was not very clean and had no hot water in backroom faucet."

"Perspective is important here. If you're coming to LA looking for a resort style stay, with fancy amenities and modern looking rooms, this ain't it. If you want a nice stay near enough to Santa Monica or other touristy spots with an AMAZING staff, this place is perfect. The rooms were quite old and in need of much updating, but the location, price, and staff were friendly, responsive, and supportive. We were barely in the hotel beyond sleeping, so this location was close to everything we needed. This hotel is for people that don't mind a more humble stay and are in town to explore, not be in their room. "
