Hotel dekat WWT Washington Wetland Centre

"We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back!"

"I was disappointed with my experience, particularly given the high standards I associate with Hilton. The level of customer service fell well below expectations. Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was neither welcoming nor professional. First impressions are important, and I felt the interaction lacked the courtesy and hospitality one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. In addition, no complimentary water was offered upon check-in, which is a small gesture but one that many...

"Much improvement on the previous night in Scarborough"

"Fantastic stay. Great location. Staff wonderful. Great breakfast Highly recommend"

"From arriving the staff were so polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and were very well stocked with everything you would need in a suite stay. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

"Nice friendly staff. Similar to other Holiday Inn Expresses I've stayed in."

"Fantastic place to stay. We’ll stay again. Top location. Welcoming. Lovely decor great food. Great drink abc cocktail selection. Fantastic friendly staff both daytime and breakfast. Lovely big room. Comfortable. Great food. Perfect."

"Great location, with loads of parking in the area and really close to the station (handy to get to Newcastle) and the seaside. The staff was helpful when we had an issue with the check in, and was always responsive to our requests. The room was alright, even though the bed wasn't exactly comfy, and the timed fan in the bathroom wasn't ideal at night. The best thing overall was the cafe, in which we went for all the three days. Hats off! The staff was amazing, and they could accommodate our...
