"Location, location, location! If you want to take a sunrise walk on the beach, an afternoon walk on the beach, and a sunset walk on the beach, then this is the perfect place. "I was here over 20 years ago and never forgot the feeling I had staying in the hibiscus cottage with the most amazing breeze coming through, surrounded by Hawaiian farmland and a peace you have to experience to know. When I stayed here the second time I felt that feeling all over again. It’s a magic I can’t explain, but if you come here, you’ll know exactly what I mean. Pure heaven."

"We have stayed at other resorts and will now only stay here. The island vibe is amazing. It’s not crowded and very serene. We had a full kitchen a beautiful view of the ocean and we were just steps from the beach. We rented a cabana for the whole week and enjoyed the beach immensely. If you are looking for corporate owned resorts don’t stay here. If you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful home away from home, this is the place!"

"Hotel was excellent but the plus to staying at any Marriott is the personal touch. My wife chooses this hotel over any because they make the effort to put a hello Holly greeting on the television. The first five days we were called Lisa and the last six days we were Marianna. After spending 10k on the vacation it hurt her feelings. They gave a $250 credit but the damage was done."
