"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."

"Great property close to the train station that is connected to the ExCel center (trains, not the hotel). The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and the staff goes above and beyond!
My room was large with a huge window seat where I could relax, get work done or just read a book while enjoying the view. "It was clean. But the check in wasn’t till 3. They charged $50 for an early check in which is fine & acceptable. The part that got to me was that they didn’t hold your bags. Usually hotels hold your luggage till your room is ready. They don’t. You would have to pay about $20 per bag. Or pay the early check in."
