"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Staff was exceptional - extremely helpful, pleasant and responsive. The design of the room and restaurant were exceptional. Shower water pressure was pretty awful but it didn't affect our weekend. I'd recommend The Ulysses to friends."

"We had a wonderful stay! Lorenzo was so helpful. Rooftop bar was fun! Across from Mt. Vernon square park was nice to go sit and relax. Close to the Lyric where we saw live music. We will definitely stay again!"

"Everything was good. I was here for a family member in the Maryland University and easy walking distance. The building is old but kept clean. The only thing I will say is the front counter Staff was not the friendliest until I met Mark and he helped me with a difficult situation so I appreciate Mark kudos to him."

"Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back."

"The good: staff friendly, nice having a full fridge, bed was reasonably comfortable. Wifi has no issues. The bad: -Room was dusty and not very clean. The bathroom trash was not emptied before my visit and there was actual sanitary product waste in there. -The room was incredibly small, it felt like a dorm, the tv was at an angle where I had to move around the furniture to see it from the bed, which is the only place to sit except the dilapidated office chair. It was impossible to watch TV...

"This hotel is a nightmare...Briefly, approximately 3 months ago I stayed here...I made my reservation through Expedia...when I got there they behaved as if I had no reservation. I was exhausted after a long shift at the hospital and over 10 hour ride on the train to arrive in Baltimore. After going back forth with the front desk person I pulled up my reservation via Expedia...it took close to 2 hours to check in. FYI: There is NO elevator and my 61 year old ass was placed on the very top floor....

"Hidden gem walkable to Little Italy. The room was huge with a huge whirlpool tub. The staff was great. Free breakfast was superb and was delivered right to the room. Multiple TVs and a really nice shower. Would stay there again."

"Our room, reserved for two, was clearly a single: no chair except a desk chair, the desk had no outlets for a laptop, no wastepaper basket except for a tiny one in the bathroom, a small double bed that had been advertised as a queen-sized. Breakfast facilities were only available on the first day of our stay; after that, nothing was available (except room service) because of a conference that occupied the main receiving area.
