"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"I don't remember the guy's name at the bar on Saturday night (23 May 2026), but he was awesome! Drinks made to perfection! As far as the staff, they were very helful during check-in & check-out. The room's were clean but extremely small and tight. There was not enough outlets located in the right places in the room. It reminds me of a dorm or barracks room. Not enouigh storage space on/around the sink. The beds were small and not too comfortable. I would stay again if traveling alone, but not...

"A group of us stayed at the West& Main property recently and genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is only about 20mins from Center City, Philly. Check in was quick and easy with front desk staff being both welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Upon first entering it also smelled freshly cleaned which we all appreciated. At one point we requested extra towels and the gentleman who brought them (within 10mins of us calling the front desk might I add) was so pleasant and...
