"Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady...

"Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."

"Hilton needs to renovate this hotel. The room we stayed in still has the old thermostat! Our room was adjacent to the roof, 3rd floor, and one of our windows did not lock. I discovered this on day two, so I didn’t get much sleep that night! Beds were comfortable but please update this hotel as I wouldn’t return until you do!"

"The room was nice and clean. There was only a minor inconvenience with the water, taking along to heat up for the shower. Everything else was great just there was barely any parking and I feel as though they need a parking lot. Other than that, everything was great."

"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "
