"Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. "

"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"

"This apartment was nice as it had 2 separate bedrooms and amenities such as AC and TVs in each room, however it was a bit disappointing. We were given minimal supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, and towels to bathe with) so we had to personally stock up on those. It was not very clean- the bedding had random stains on it and the bath tub had a used (and stained) shower liner in it. The bathtub wouldn’t drain fully when being used. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. "Very industrial. Pipes showing everywhere. Small; concrete floors; no television; not a real nice area, but not too bad either. It’s not worth paying a lot for. I like having people around that greet you, say hello, etc. Room/“kitchen” was clean; big shower/bathroom."
