"I called months before the reservation and asked if there was a shuttle on property to take us to the airport when we left. They assured me that there was. However, on the day of housekeeping the only things that were done were making the beds, taking out the trash, and two extra towels. Didn’t change sheets, vacuum, no liners in the trash, didn’t refill Kleenex, take out dirty towels or even give us a new soap for the sink. We used the same tiny piece of soap for 4 days!
