"Top Lage!"

"Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again."

"Nice place to be"

"Fabulous location and very clean and modern. It’s like a tiny bedroom so not a room to lounge in all day but perfect for exploring the area. My only suggestion would be to have a locker on site you could leave luggage until check in."

"No issues. Good location."

"Would be good if more than 1 toilet roll for 4 nights is provided instead of expecting that the travller buys a 4 roll pack from shops - small but inconvenient and wasteful. This also goes for dishwasher liquid - which was not provided but only 2 dishwashing tablets for the dishwasher. The sponge provided is a well used one., does not give a sense of hygiene. Given the increased warm weather days, air-conditioning should be installed especially because the few windows cannot be opened anymore...

"3回目の滞在です。 1週間以上いるので、これは必須。 アクセスが良い エレベーター 洗濯機 キッチン が魅力 スタッフは挨拶はするけれど、愛想は無い。"

"Bathroom was stinky and rooms were too hot at night to sleep. This apartment is above a bar therefore terrible noise late night of smashing empty beer bottles. I will not recommend anyone to live in this apartment."

"More cleaning supplies and toiletries such as shampoos and soaps and towels should have been supplied initially, also wifi password was incorrect, which was inconvenient, poor check in instruction not stating which floor the apartment was on, which was also quite frustrating"

"Located in the heart of old London, so everything is within walking distance. Clean well equipped unit for 2 people There is a set of stairs to the lift and the microwave is incorporated in the oven."

"The room only had one chair where the TV was where the pictures showed a love seat. we requested a new room there were non available. We planned for 3 nights only stayed 1 we canceled the other 2 nights waiting for a refund. The unit was not comfortable for two people. It was made to accommodate 1 person not 2. It was a bad experience. I would not stay here again."

"Small apartment in a busy but good neighborhood. The mattress was paper thin and on a frame that was basically a wooden pallet. Very warm. The apartment was surface clean in most areas but the shower needed a good scrubbing. Thought the tiles were caulked with black grout at first - it was that bad - until I noticed the upper tiles had white caulking! Maybe clean the lower ones? Sent the management company 3 emails in the first 24 hours of our stay and received only AI automated responses...

"Väldigt fin och rymlig lägenhet med två badrum, utrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Olivolja, disk- och tvättmedel fanns. Det som var dåligt var att sängarna var små, två queen size (ca 140 cm breda) räcker inte för 4 vuxna, speciellt inte om man inte är ett par ;-)."
