"I honestly expected the property to be a little more run down and have a funny smell. But it was AMAZING! Our room was so cute and perfect for our family of 3. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with essentials like silverware and dish soap. There was a small dining table with stools which made it so convenient to eat our own food. "The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. "

"My first bad review ever — We made a reservation through Expedia. We showed up to no one there. No answer on the phone number listed. We contacted Expedia. They could not get in touch with the owners at any number, published or private to Expedia. It took over an hour on the phone with Expedia but they got us another room in another town. Thanks to Expedia we ended up at a much better place. This place is run down looking and old. I would not recommend it."

"Oh my! If you are traveling to Estes Park, this place is a MUST! Very quiet but within walking distance to many areas within Estes Park! The management is very nice and accommodating and we would not stay anywhere else if we return to Estes Park! Awesome trip!"
