"Few complaints about the inn itself. The problem started on the day before our arrival with an email from an unknown company saying "We need a valid copy of your ID before we can provide". I had fully paid for my room 8 months in advance. It turned out that the company owns this as well as other inns. The Director I spoke with on the phone implied they would not provide a room key code unless I agreed to their extensive legal conditions and sent my driver's license image."
