We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided. "A cracker of a Inn with rooms plus a Latin American restaurant. We spent two nights here and I'd certainty rate it 10/10. The owner was very personable as were all staff and special mention to the young waitress at breakfast who was spot on 👍 Our room.(No 9) was spacious and had everything you'd expect. "It was a family get together and I only needed a place to sleep, breakfast was a bonus. Not the best area of town but that didn’t matter, however I am disabled and staff did help with my stroller with the steep stairs. It was cheap and clean and it was very good for what I needed. Eventually braved the rain and went to the property, no reply when I rang the bell. Looked on-line for possible other contact number to see that the property was closed. "Really awful reception into the hotel. Very dirty entrance area. Staff were okay once we started talking but initially not nice at all. Such a basic hotel. Carpeted room!?- why? And of course stained! No shower gel just an empty bottle. We regretted getting a room here the moment we pulled up to the hotel."
