Then cigarette smoke or burnt food the last two days was the smell in the hall and room hallways. It was really unpleasant we’d often have to spray perfume when we entered. One feature I especially loved was the Latch app, which made it easy to access the building, room, and other amenities right from my phone—even when away from the property. My only minor disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a balcony and city view, which I did receive; however, the bed was positioned in a cubby-style area that partially blocked the view from the room.
