Then they said reservation was cancelled durnto maintenance issues then moved us to another location that was very far from where we needed to be. We ended up paying Uber for multiple trips. They did upgrade us but we didnt need that upgrade because we ended up paying for transportation. Trip was really ruined."

"The property was very nice and our room was clean and updated. We loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the full kitchen was great. Nice little balcony as well. Glad there was a small fitness room with a treadmill to use. The check in process with Kaitlyn was smooth and she gave us helpful tips about the area. "Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....
