Hotel murah di Waterperry

"Hotel is very run down and rooms are extremely tired and grotty. Although it is advertised on numerous websites that the rooms are air conditioned the airconditioning had broken so there was nothing on the hottest day of the year. There was air conditioning in the reception that was working and units installed the rooms with control panels but were not working. Their explanation was that the pump or condenser was not working. The windows have limited opening and open onto the road which is...

"Parking is good but the rest facilities needs improvement, in special staff service, I require cleaning room for second day and girl from reception ignoring my request."

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"We stayed at this hotel just for one night we wished it was longer! Beautiful hotel, really big room and a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much. Nice tasty breakfast too Can’t wait to return!"

"The historic building is simply beautiful, very charming, and well-restored. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was well-equipped. The service in the restaurant was very friendly but extremely slow. The food was rather mediocre. Breakfast was actually quite poor. There was barely a tablespoon of yogurt with the granola, and the toast was cold and hard like rusk. The location itself is beautiful."

"Lovely place set in beautiful surroundings. Room very clean but very warm and no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Fan provided and could only open the windows a little bit. Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods to choose from"

"Just doe a night it was ok. There are lots of little things that just need a little attention to smarten up the hotel and make the experience a better for guests. Staff are helpful but seem a little complacent that’s how things are. Eg. Hotel rubbish outside in the walkway between the two car parks where staff also have a ‘smoking table’ with lots of ash, rubbish on the flat roof outside our window, mould on our window frame, sheet was too small for our bed frame and didn’t tuck in, fire door...

"A lovely place to stay . Unfortunately no air conditioning in this heat . Had a fan in the room which helped a bit staff were helpful and we had a lovely meal at the Boat House . Great location."
