"Everything was great from check in to check out. All the staff are friendly, helpful & professional. The room was warm with a very comfy bed & lovely bed linen. The pub itself was buzzing & had a great atmosphere. Our 3 course supper was delicious as was breakfast. This is a really good place to stay! "

"The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist. This is an old Manor House that is listed, so they are restricted by what improvements they can make. It has a lot of character and charm and was very reasonably priced. "

"The staff were amazing, the room was clean and the food was tasty. It's located right in the heart of the town, so the antiques shops were moments away and I had a blast. There's a super convenient long term car park by the train station with a foot path that comes out right near the hotel so it was easy to park and bring bags in. Can't say enough about how lovely the staff were. It was a busy weekend and they were possibly understaffed but all did a great job. "
