"Spotlessly clean room with adequate clothes storage and a nice clean shower room with fluffy towels. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low and pillows rather small which would have made the stay more comfortable. Staff on reception were very friendly & helpful. "

"I have stayed here before but always had a room overlooking the car park. This time I was on the other side and unfortunately the constant road noise did not make for a good nights sleep. The telly was also not working in the room but by the time I noticed I was already ready for bed so left it until the morning to let staff know."

I had a very early checkout, so it was fully understandable that my concerns had to be passed on to a manager. However, over a week later I had not be contacted by Travelodge to discuss the issue.
