"The air conditioner was effective. There were restaurants, grocery, drug stores and the beach close by.
The property is old and has an old hotel smell.
The exterior door needs weather stripping and the windows are not sound-proofed, we were in an end room, and a refrigerator truck was running outside.
Price and proximity for our tours was wonderful."

Lo que no nos gustó es que te ensartan por de foul (uses o no) una tarifa de club de playa de la que te enteras ya que reservaste y pagaste!! Eso no está bien.

"Staff were very helpful in all areas, front desk, kitchen, housekeeping, and security. Room was clean and comfortable even without a balcony! Next time I go, I will make sure to book a room with the balcony! Oh I forgot to mention that the valet was great and reasonable! Only thing I would suggest is that they upgraded the elevator! 😉"

"Jennie at the bar for breakfast, Jiovanna at the pool & Donte at the pool, as well as the gentleman at the beach who was taking orders and giving drinks - all exceptional. Made up for lack of customer service from other employees.
Would wish they have microwaves in the rooms especially for families with younger kids who need to warm up milk? Made no sense to pay that much for a room and not have a microwave.
The Ocean restaurant is insanely expensive for the food rating it has.
