"Our daughter and her husband were put in a room where the AC wasn’t working. Staff was incredibly unhelpful and even rude. She just had surgery and desperately needed her sleep and this issue went on and on and was not resolved until 1:30 am.
Also, of note, this hotel looks nice on Expedia, but is in a very sketchy neighborhood. Buildings next door with broken glass and curtains hanging out.
0/10 do not recommend."

"The room was comfortable and very clean. Having a kitchen in the room was helpful, although the fridge was not very cold. Front desk staff were courteous and prompt in switching us to a room with two beds rather than 1 king-sized bed. I couldn’t find a working ice maker in the hotel."

"There was a bug in my room that was on the credenza. When I tried to squash the bug, it ran into the drawer and I could not find it. I was if more come out at night.
Bed was very comfortable and the rooms and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was adequate.

"Staff was really great. I really cannot complain one bit about the ladies at the desk.Pool was just ok. It was kinda run down. Bedspread had dried boogers on it and there were dead bugs(not bedbugs) but water bugs and beetles behind the upholstered chair in the room. Clothing items behind some of the furniture left in the room from prior guest and it was just kinda filmy. Like the cleaning crew phoned it in. It was also very hot in the room. It is a safe place to stay the night for a decent...

"This is my third week staying here, and at $50 a night, my expectations weren’t exactly high. The first two weeks were borderline acceptable, although housekeeping did a pretty poor job cleaning the room.
The ice maker hasn’t worked at all in three weeks. This stay, the AC barely worked, and when I complained, I mostly got the runaround. The bigger issue is the staff. They’ve been rude, dismissive, and not particularly interested in helping.
For the price, I can overlook a lot, but basic...
