"The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean. Perhaps there is need for rooms thst are pet friendly and those met for guest who are not for pets."

"Friendly staff. Straight forward room, microwave and fridge. Clean. Served a tasty coffee in the morning and had bananas and granola bars out. Gorge Family Restaurant is one minute down the road as is Tim Hortons and McDonalds."

"Big beautiful room with an extra seating room was great. Sink, mini fridge, microwave also very handy. Coffee bar downstairs very convenient with great staff."

"The office staff was great. Allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage to return later in the day. Very nice and helpful. The only thing is we couldn't get the tv to work."

"If your looking for a good night sleep I would avoid this hotel. The beds were so worn out we were sleeping on springs and the pillows are horrible. The t.v's don't work. We were moved to a different room and it was worse than the first one. The shower was absolutely horrible and bath tub was falling apart. Only good thing about this hotel was the free breakfast. Unfortunately this hotel was a one and done."

"Nicely renovated since previous visit. Clean room. Only complaint is that the room had a musty smell from the air conditioner unit. Friend's room was fine."

"Noisy wall AC in the room. Sheratons should have central AC. The food was OK but I thought it would be a bit more upscale in a Sheraton. Plenty of parking. Helpful & friendly staff."

"The staff was very kind when I checked in, the room was very clean, breakfast was a variety of foods, very kind staff when I check out."

"No breakfast included. The hallways had random step downs which I didn't see and I fell. The staff were very helpful with first aid supplies."

"There was no shower curtain. Water keeps going all over the bathroom and they are aware of this. The shower keeps dripping. The beds are old and creaky and pillows are extremely poor. I would not go back to this hotel again."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."
