"3 night stay never cleaned room , emptied overflowing garbage or replaced facial tissue , toilet tissue , or shampoo even after I asked twice once calling the front desk and once asking in person. I was told someone would look after it immediately, but no one showed up to my room. Poor service !!!!!"

"Great location downtown that is close to a parking garage. The kitchen is sparse but had all the cooking utensils needed for three nights. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We were fully aware that there was no elevator so a climb to the third floor was not a surprise. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear doors closing at night time."

"The hotel was convenient for a neatby wedding we attended. The room was clean and comfortable with a convenient coffee maker, fridge and microwave. We were hoping to check in an hour earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin and the kind woman working at the front desk made that pissible. We were very pleased with our stay. "

One downside was the garbage bin in the main lobby, which was already overflowing the night (3pm) before and remained that way when we checked out."
