"Tight bathroom, bathroom fixures were outdated. Room furniture has minor damages that were noticeable. Originally we are given a room on 2nd floor but hotel didn't have an elevator. We were given another room on 1st floor. We book a two night and decided to check out the next day and move to another hotel."

"We needed a Hotel close to where my son and family live. I’m so thankful that he found this Hotel for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our grandkids loved getting toys from the treasure chest. We got to the hotel from the airport too early to check-in and found out there is a luggage room provided. Our room was very clean which is a big deal to us to stay in a clean room!!"

"Little Charlie Hotel is quaint, in the best way possible. I had a late night arrival and had to use one of their alternative check-in methods, which went off without a hitch and was much appreiciated. The rooms are small, but not squished. They are thoughtfully laid out, cozy, and every need is within an arms reach. I have stayed in far larger rooms where I felt much less accounted for when it comes to my needs during a stay. "Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."

"The staff is first rate. Our check in was a breeze. They were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t get the room to stay cool it was 74 degrees when we arrived and after 2 hours the temperature hadn’t changed. The maintenance man was very helpful he gave a a fan that did help. He was so nice and friendly also. The cleaning staff were so nice. Thank you Grace for doing such an amazing job."
