"Every part of the hotel was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. However, the food st the bistro was exceptionally poor. The breakfast option was gross. I ordered the egg and cheese croissant. It was disgusting and inedible. It came squished out of the microwave. "

"this was in a great area! such a short walk to grand central terminal. other places are within a decent walking distance as well. visited new york with my sister & we both had a great time. it was very nice to come back to after a long day of walking around. only thing that sucks is on weekend mornings, the elevator queue can put you back about 15-30 mins. not sure if this occurs weekly or just the weekend we were booked but expect this to occur in the mornings until 11am. staff were very considerate to email guests about instances like this! we also had an issue with a faint sound/alarm in our room that was quite annoying & staff came to investigate in a timely manner! very accommodating staff! would most likely stay at the westin again!"

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property. First time was wonderful. Second time was good except I had a room facing second Avenue which was a bit noisy. This time, I hit the jackpot. A room by reception with no window which may sound attractive, but I thrilled because it is so quiet. I’m here for our trip and to stay so close to my office and have a quite nice sleep as a dream. The bathroom is huge. The room is clean. The air-conditioning works and I’m in heaven thank you. No thank you."

"Overall, a beautiful hotel and stay. A little upset the rooftop restaurant/bar was only open for breakfast though. Staff were super friendly and helpful from beginning to end and location next to Central Park and walking distance to the big City attractions are a big plus!!"
