Cons: staff are unfriendly and appear bothered if you ask a question (minus doorman, who is rightfully Instagram famous), rooms were unimpressive and was sloppily made upon arrival. Final fake: if you won't be in the hotel much and want to enjoy all the NYC sites by foot, I would recommend."
