"Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve had. We booked two rooms, but from the moment we arrived there were constant issues: one room was missing the advertised sofa bed, there was no complimentary water despite being told it would be provided, no slippers, an empty shower gel dispenser, a broken bedside lamp, a wardrobe door that wouldn’t close properly, and one of the showers wasn’t working. When I reported the shower, I was told nobody was available to fix it...

"Beds are very comfortable,but the water pressure was terrible in the shower. They didn't originally see my booking with Expedia, but they worked quickly to get our rooms and eventually saw our reservation."

"Great location near Grand Central. 5 min walk to nearest train and metro stations. Walking distance to everywhere in the city. The hotel deserves a 4 star for a small compact hotel. Room size is decent. Clean. Mine is 2 single bed room. There was enough space for two people. Bathroom was also big and clean. The brekkie was good. You could choose one hot or cold item. Hot food included eggs or waffle or oatmeal. Overall it was great experience. I paid a lot on July 4 weekend . I hope it is...

"Pur room in particular was NOT clean! One of the beds was made with hair and debris between the sheets, we were not properly stocked with towels, the floors had clearly not been swept and the amount of dust was astounding! When i called about it, it took nearly 2 hours to get an attendant to come change the sheets as the person answering in the evening was a service and not the desk, i couldnt sleep till nearly 2am and was EXTREMELY disappointed!
