"Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended."

"Clean rooms. Staff ok. Night crew nice, although we didn’t get the room we paid for. Paid for a king and got 2 queens (which were less than the king). They blamed it on Expedia not have g the correct info and then told us the room cost the same because it was on the second floor (made no sense!) Breakfast was great. Parking lot a little tore up. But place was a good place to stay."

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"Good location close to shopping and dining. Comlimentary Breakfast was a hot buffet and the hotel also had a nightly happy hour with drinks and snack options. If there was a downside our room faced the I-71 freeway and you can hear the truck traffic all night long if you are a light sleeper."

"The hotel was just deplorable. The entire floor spelled of pot. The ac unit fell off the wall and I had to prop a chair against it to hold it up. You could visualize the outside from the inside of the ac unit. The sink was stopped up and no maintenance was on the premise to fix it. They asked if we wanted a refund, which we did then the manager would not authorize Expedia to issue the refund. The manager laughed at us then hide in the back room. The hotel had one working elevator which...
