"We had an excellent stay at this cozy, historic hotel. We stayed in Room #10, and although it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Hammersmith Underground station, which made it an ideal base for exploring the city throughout our stay. Frühstück ok, mit Potential nach oben. Dusche und Teppichfußboden müßte besser gepflegt sein, ein wenig versifft. Das erste Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, so daß wir nochmal wechseln mussten. Checkin Prozess war unnötig langwierig, wurde aber dann mit einem Gutschein für ein Drink kompensiert."
