"High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional."

"For a night stay hotel was suitable for our needs. You can tell the rooms are very dated. The chair for the desk has peeling leather and was wonky. AC/Heating wasn't working properly. The outdoor card lock to annex wasn't functional. Anyone could walk into the building to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff i had encountered were nice. "

"The room was serviced every day of the four we were there. Staff was very kind and cheerful. Lots of restaurants nearby and about a 10 minute walk to the underground. I tried the breakfast on checkout day and found it to be very nice. Many selections to choose from and they just charge the room. Would definitely recommend."

"This location was perfectly situated just steps from bus stops and an underground station. It had a grocery store and multiple restaurants across the street as well as restaurants in the hotel although we didnt get a chance to try any of them. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around and relaxing, it is within walking distance to so many wonderful areas I really cant say enough how much we enjoy that area of Kensington.
